Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê (/ˈjɘzi/ /dɪˈbano/ [wild] [paper; document]) is a subtropical Town located in the Z̄upaguv Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê was founded by Ghragno Zeshêpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Overview

Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê was founded durring the late 18th century in early spring of the year 1688, by Ghragno Zeshêpí. The establishment of Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê is was constructed arround several spacious flagstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The robustly designed timber walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. On top of this is an unmistakable feeling that Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê is in this condition because there is something terribly wrong with the town. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine which makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Yêzi-dîbano Fêqê long.

The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.
